  • Manage rental and service schedules. Coordinate delivery, servicing, extensions, pickup, and closeout of rented equipment and temporary site services to support the installation schedule and control costs.
  • Maintain logistics records and accountability. Track rental equipment, shipments, receipts, service orders, costs, and outstanding requirements. Clearly identify ownership and responsibility for government, vendor, and Peraton equipment.
  • Resolve and escalate logistics issues. Address missed deliveries, equipment shortages, transportation constraints, and service-provider problems. Elevate issues that threaten site readiness or schedule milestones and recommend recovery actions.
  • Report regional logistics status. Provide routine updates on site readiness, equipment movement, upcoming deliveries, costs, and unresolved issues. Coordinate logistics activities with the Integrated Master Schedule and daily site reporting.
