This leader translates strategy into scalable solutions, uses data and insights to inform decisions, and partners across the organization to deliver measurable talent and business outcomes. The role also contributes to broader Talent Development priorities, including Skills Transformation and Talent Action Plans.

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead and evolve the enterprise executive talent strategy, integrating succession planning, talent reviews, readiness, and development to strengthen leadership continuity and organizational resilience.
  • Consult with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, Talent Consultants, and other stakeholders to identify executive talent priorities and development opportunities.
  • Design and deliver targeted executive development solutions, including assessment, coaching, development planning, onboarding, transition support, and readiness interventions.
  • Apply talent analytics, workforce intelligence, and AI-enabled solutions to strengthen talent decisions, executive readiness, and leadership pipeline health.
  • Embed skills-based and future-focused practices across executive development to support leadership capability, internal mobility, and evolving business needs.

Manager Effectiveness

  • Own and advance the enterprise manager effectiveness strategy, translating the ambition into a clear roadmap, governance model, stakeholder accountabilities, and measurable outcomes.
  • Define and evolve the manager effectiveness framework, establishing the capabilities, expectations, and practices required for managers to lead people, performance, and manage change effectively.
  • Design and scale practical development experiences, tools, resources, and reinforcement mechanisms that build manager capability and support application in the flow of work.
  • Embed manager effectiveness across relevant talent and people processes in partnership with business leaders, HR Business Partners, Talent Consultants, and cross-functional teams.
  • Drive adoption and continuous improvement through workforce insights, employee feedback, external trends, and outcome measures that strengthen manager effectiveness, employee experience, and organizational performance.

Integrated Talent Development Leadership

  • Partner across Talent Development and the broader HR ecosystem to deliver integrated, scalable, and inclusive talent solutions aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Lead complex, cross-enterprise initiatives through effective governance, stakeholder alignment, change leadership, communications, and execution discipline.
  • Influence broader talent priorities through thought leadership, innovation, and the use of data and insights to improve organizational outcomes.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
  • At least 10 years of progressive Human Resources experience, with significant expertise in talent development and leadership or manager development.
  • Demonstrated experience leading executive talent management, succession planning, executive assessment, leadership development, and talent strategy.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing enterprise manager effectiveness or manager development strategies at scale.
  • Strong consulting, stakeholder management, influencing, change leadership, and enterprise program management capabilities.
  • Proven ability to translate strategy into execution, align diverse stakeholders, and drive adoption across a complex organization.
  • Knowledge of skills-based talent practices, workforce transformation, adult learning, behavior change, and capability-based talent management.
  • Experience using talent analytics, employee listening, workforce intelligence, and AI-enabled solutions to inform decisions and measure impact.
