About the Role
As a Digital Content Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and managing high-quality marketing content across multiple digital channels. Your primary focus will be marketing copywriting, including the creation of compelling content for websites, webshop product pages, webinars, white papers, and other marketing campaigns. In this role, you will support social media activities through content creation and post publishing, maintain and update webshop product listings, write and upload website articles. Working closely with the marketing team, you will help ensure a consistent and engaging online presence while supporting lead generation and customer engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities
Create compelling marketing copy for a wide range of digital channels, including websites, webshop product pages, webinar campaigns, white papers, email communications, and other marketing materials.
Write, edit, and publish website articles, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Create product descriptions and upload products to the webshop, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
Develop content and landing pages for webinars, white papers, and lead generation campaigns.
Support social media activities by creating content, adapting marketing messages for different platforms, and publishing posts.
Maintain and update website content, ensuring information is current, relevant, and optimized for user engagement.
Collaborate with marketing team members to support ongoing campaigns and content initiatives.
Proofread and review content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand messaging.
Assist in the planning and execution of content marketing activities that support business and marketing objectives.
Ensure all published content is aligned with company tone of voice, branding, and quality standards.
Requirements
Copywriting: Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to create clear, engaging, and persuasive marketing content for different audiences and channels.
Content Management: Experience creating, publishing, and maintaining digital content across websites, webshop platforms, landing pages, and marketing campaigns.
Web Content Publishing: Ability to upload, format, and manage content in content management systems (CMS) while ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Product Content Creation: Ability to create compelling product descriptions and maintain high-quality product information in webshop environments.
Social Media Support: Experience creating social media copy and supporting content publishing across various platforms.
Attention to Detail: Strong proofreading and editing skills with a high level of accuracy in content creation and publication.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
Organization and Time Management: Ability to manage multiple content projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Collaboration: Ability to work closely with marketing, product, and design teams to deliver consistent and engaging content.
Digital Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of content marketing principles and the role of digital content in lead generation, customer engagement, and brand building.
