Description
SOTI is committed to providing its employees with endless possibilities; learning new things, working with the latest technologies and making a difference in the world.
As a part of SOTI's ongoing evolution as a technology leader, we are expanding our Product Marketing function, aiming to improve product adoption, reach growth targets, support our partner network, and tell a compelling, cohesive story about our products. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Product Marketing, the new Product Marketing Manager will own the value proposition, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for SOTI Snap, SOTI Connect, and SOTI Identity. You will act as the connective tissue between Product Management, Sales, and Sales Enablement by translating technical capability into real, tangible value that will resonate with IT leaders, end users, and partners.
What You’ll Do
Own product marketing for part of the SOTI One Platform.
Draft compelling stories and content about SOTI products that drive high quality leads, new feature adoption, and revenue growth.
Act as the subject matter aspect for all go-to-marketing activities surrounding your assigned product line.
Support demand generation activities by writing and editing detailed product-centric blogs, brochures, and web content.
Work closely with the Product Management Team on new feature development, ensuring that our product roadmap is centered on real market need and competitive displacement.
Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Sales Enablement, Sales Development, and Sales to ensure that they have the tools and knowledge required to complete their duties effectively.
Research and understand the needs of our buyers and partners.
Ensure brand and messaging consistency for any client facing activities relating to your assigned product line.
Experience You’ll Bring
2-4 years of B2B SaaS experience in Product Marketing, growth marketing, partner marketing, or a related field.
Basic to advanced understanding of the modern IT landscape. Experience in mobile device management, print management, IoT, or Low Code platforms considered an asset.
Experience working with technical product managers.
Excellent writing and editing skills with an eye for detail. A portfolio of published writing is a bonus (e.g. blogs, eBooks, research reports).
Outstanding communication and cross-group collaboration skills with comfort working across multiple time zones and cultures.
Strong time and project management skills with a proven ability to handle multiple competing priorities with ease.
Experience executing projects across a cross-functional marketing team (graphic design, video, communication, product marketing, field marketing, website, and more).
