Job Description - Product Marketing ManagerLocation: Hybrid – in office 3 days a weekReports to: Director of Product Marketing

About the RoleWe’re looking for a high-energy, high-grit Product Marketing Manager to drive messaging, positioning, and go-to-market execution for key products and selected industry solutions at Jaggaer.This role is for someone who cares deeply about commercial outcomes—not just producing assets, but influencing pipeline and revenue. You will partner closely with Product, Sales, and Demand Generation to translate product capabilities into compelling narratives that convert into qualified opportunities.

 

Principal Responsibilities

1. Messaging & Positioning

• Develop clear, differentiated messaging and value propositions for assigned products and vertical solutions
• Translate complex product capabilities into customer-relevant outcomes and business value
• Continuously refine positioning based on market feedback, win/loss insights, and competitive dynamics

2. Go-To-Market & Launch Execution

• Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for product releases and launches
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Demand Gen) to ensure aligned, high-impact campaigns
• Enable sales with crisp narratives, battlecards, and deal-focused materials

 

3. Commercial Impact & Pipeline Contribution

• Own pipeline contribution targets tied to your products/solutions
• Work with Demand Gen to design campaigns that generate qualified opportunities
• Measure and optimize programs based on pipeline creation and conversion—not just engagement

 

4. Vertical & Solution Marketing

• Own messaging and GTM for selected industry solutions (e.g., manufacturing, healthcare, etc.)
• Develop solution-level narratives that resonate with industry buyers and buying committees

 

5. Website & Content Stewardship

• Maintain and evolve product and solution pages to reflect current messaging and drive conversion
• Ensure website content aligns with campaigns, positioning, and buyer journeys

 

Success Metrics

• Primary: Pipeline opportunity creation and contribution to revenue
• Secondary (input metrics): Campaign performance, asset utilization, engagement, sales adoption

Position Requirements

Required:

• 3+ years of Product Marketing (or closely related GTM role)
• Demonstrated ability to influence pipeline and commercial outcomes
• Strong storytelling and messaging skills—able to simplify complex offerings
• High ownership mindset with strong execution discipline

 

Preferred:

• Experience in B2B SaaS, procurement, supply chain, or enterprise software
• Experience supporting vertical/industry marketing
• Familiarity with sales processes and working closely with field teams
