About this opportunity:
Join Ericsson to embark on an exciting opportunity in the role of Operations Support! You will play a crucial role in enhancing operational activities within our local operations team. You will be responsible for ensuring our teams are equipped with the necessary resources, adequate training, processes, tools and systems to undertake their roles effectively. You will support the field services and contribute to their high performance and progress.
What you will do:
- Lead field services teams and subcontractors.
- Ensure SLA compliance for field activities.
- Manage operational performance and KPIs.
- Optimize resource planning and utilization.
- Manage customer escalations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure HSE and governance compliance.
- Control operational costs and productivity.
The skills you bring:
- Bachelor degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Experience managing telecom field operations.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of maintenance and service delivery processes.
- Strong stakeholder management.
- Professional proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
