Role purpose
Do you love creating exceptional customer experiences and helping people make the most of their visit? Join Chadstone Shopping Centre as a Casual Guest Experience Representative and be the welcoming face that supports guests with information, services and solutions that make every visit memorable.Please note: these roles will run from late October to mid-January, with availability required across Nov 23-Dec 26 at minimum.
What you’ll be doing
Welcome guests, answer enquiries and provide information about centre services, retailers, events and amenities.
Process gift card sales and support services including Handsfree Shopping, shuttle bus bookings and the Visitor Lounge.
Respond to guest feedback and complaints professionally, resolving issues where possible and escalating complex matters when required.
Communicate with customers across in-person, phone and email channels while maintaining high service standards.
Support day-to-day operational activities, reporting, retailer enquiries and administrative tasks that contribute to smooth centre operations.

About you
You're a customer-focused professional who enjoys engaging with people, solving problems and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
Availability throughout the period from Black Friday week (Nov 23) to and including Boxing Day (Dec 26) required.
Experience in a customer-facing role delivering elevated customer experiences and confidently managing enquiries.
Strong communication, multitasking and problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
A natural and outgoing people person who is comfortable engaging with both internal and external customers.
Proficient and confident using technology including Microsoft Office, computers and mobile devices, with strong attention to detail.
Able to work independently and collaboratively while contributing positively to team culture and service outcomes.
