Role purpose

Join Chadstone's Valet Parking team this festive season and help create a seamless experience for our guests. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced, physical environment and take pride in delivering exceptional service, this could be the perfect seasonal opportunity.


Please note: these roles will run from late October to mid-January, with availability required across Nov 23-Dec 26 at minimum.

What you'll be doing

• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles with a high level of care, professionalism and attention to detail.

• Welcome guests, provide directions and deliver a positive first and last impression of Chadstone Shopping Centre.

• Assist guests with shopping parcels and a range of guest-related enquiries.

• Promote additional services, including car wash offerings, to enhance the guest experience.

• Work closely with other team members to maintain smooth service delivery and uphold safety and service standards.

About you

You're a customer-focused team player who enjoys working with people, takes pride in delivering great service and can remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment.

• Availability throughout the period from Black Friday week (Nov 23) to and including Boxing Day (Dec 26) required.

• Experience in a physically demanding role with the ability to average 15,000+ steps per day.

• Valid driver's licence (green P plates or higher) with a clean driving record.

• Customer service experience and confidence engaging with guests face-to-face and over the phone.

• Previous valet experience, ideally within a hotel environment, and/or luxury retail or hospitality experience preferred.
