Why This Role
• The opportunity to shape a high-impact, high-visibility transformation at a leading global investment fund.
• Work alongside senior leaders driving strategic change.
• Genuine ownership and responsibility from day one.
• A lean, high-performance team with a collaborative culture.
• Strong potential for extension beyond the initial term
Key Responsibilities
• Drive transformation Cadence
o Own the end-to-end operating rhythm for assigned workstreams - preparing and running meetings, and ensuring follow-through on actions.
o Facilitate structured, outcome-focused meetings; hold workstream owners accountable for commitments.
o Prepare and brief the CTO ahead of key sessions.
o Track workstream progress and financials in close partnership with TO Finance — covering initiative budgets, cost-to-deliver, and benefit realisation.
• Initiative Delivery & Problem Solving
o Value-assure key initiatives by stress-testing assumptions, validating timelines, and challenging business cases where the evidence warrants it.
o Proactively surface roadblocks and delays; define the actions needed to unblock progress and follow through to ensure course correction.
o Act as a problem-solving partner for the business — identifying new initiative opportunities, accelerating impact, and breaking down organisational barriers to collaboration.
o Provide hands-on, ad hoc support across a range of delivery challenges, including: target-setting, transformation rules of engagement, financial reconciliation, tools configuration, and communications and workshop materials
o Gather, structure, and analyse operational and performance data across functions — translating complexity into clear, actionable insights that support rigorous decision-making
• Reporting & Communications
o Lead preparation of SteerCo materials and senior management reporting packs.
o Synthesise inputs from across workstreams into a coherent, board- quality narrative with clear status, risks, and recommendations.
o Support transformation communications and change management activity — including newsletters, town hall preparation, and internal briefings.
• Stakeholder Engagement
o Collaborate closely with the Transformation Lead and functional heads.
o Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, concise manner.
o Act as a trusted advisor on data-driven transformation initiatives.
Ideal Profile

• 5 - 7 years of experience, ideally with an MBB or top-tier consulting background.
• Proven experience in transformation delivery or change management position, with a focus on delivering and operationalizing strategy.
• Strong command of Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with AI productivity tools and project management platforms.
• Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Confidence in interacting and building effective relationships with colleagues at all levels of an organisation.
• Native level competency in written and spoken English
• This is not a PMO position. The successful candidate will actively solve problems, challenge assumptions, and help drive delivery across strategic initiatives.
