Senior Associate - Transformation and Strategy- IN
This is a high-impact role suited for someone who thrives in complex, large-scale environments and has the drive to lead meaningful organizational change from the front as part of enterprise transformation and strategy team
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead change control, risk management, and steering committee reporting while driving front-to-back integration across operating model redesign, rebranding, workforce transformation, regulatory closure, and client readiness initiatives.
Partnering closely with business, compliance, risk, operations, technology, and external stakeholders, to ensure seamless coordination and delivery across workstreams
As a support member of the Integration Management Office, incumbent will own end-to-end integration governance and execution across critical transformation programs.
Demonstrate success navigating large-scale mergers or enterprise transformations — bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to ambiguous, fast-moving environments

- Be a part of strategically significant India-based capability at the nexus of corporate strategy and enterprise-wide transformation
- Play a pivotal role in one of the most consequential integrations in global asset management — leading governance, change control, and executive-level reporting as support for the Nuveen-Schroders integration management office. Drive front-to-back integration spanning operating model changes, rebranding, workforce transformation, client readiness, regulatory closure etc.
- Engage directly with senior executives across Investment Management, Finance, Compliance, HR, Technology, and Operations — influencing decisions at the most senior levels of the firm
- Develop deep expertise in global asset and wealth management across wealth, institutional, and private markets channels
Major Responsibilities
- Deliver high-impact industry research and strategic reporting by leveraging leading data platforms including Morningstar, Broadridge, Evestment, Preqin, and PitchBook to generate actionable competitive insights
- Develop and sustain robust industry intelligence frameworks that inform strategic positioning across wealth, institutional, and private markets channels
- Lead integration management office governance — including change control, risk escalation, and steering committee reporting — ensuring integration milestones are tracked and delivered with rigor
- Support data migration and integrity work during transition from legacy systems
- Manage cross-functional collaboration across IT, Investment Operations, Compliance, and HR
- Drive front-to-back integration across operating model changes, rebranding, workforce transformation, and regulatory closure
Required Skills and Experience
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience within an integration management office in asset or wealth management, with a track record of navigating large-scale, complex M&A transactions (such as Credit Suisse/UBS-type engagements
- BE./B.Tech + Postgraduate management qualification from a Tier 1 institution preferred
- Working knowledge of Morningstar, Broadridge, Evestment, PitchBook, and Preqin etc.
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex information into compelling, executive-ready narratives that drive informed decision-making
- Ability to provide clear, concise updates to executive stakeholders on time-sensitive matters
- Proven end-to-end project management capability, with the discipline to manage competing priorities, dependencies, and stakeholders in a high-pressure integration environment
