NETC Fleet Services is hiring an experienced CDL-A Heavy Transport Driver for our Exeter, NH operation.

We want someone who knows how to handle serious equipment, understands the responsibility that comes with a heavy load, communicates like a professional, and takes pride in getting difficult moves done safely and correctly.

🔥 WHAT YOU’LL DO

MOVE IT. PROTECT IT. GET IT THERE SAFELY.

🔹 Execute lowbed and heavy-equipment transport moves safely and on schedule

🔹 Operate tractor-trailer combinations over 26,000 lbs. GVWR

🔹 Handle heavy and all-in equipment moves with the care and attention they demand

🔹 Perform DOT pre-trip and post-trip inspections — every trip, every time

🔹 Maintain accurate driver logs, trip sheets, and Tow Book documentation

🔹 Navigate routes using maps, GPS, route planning, and good judgment

🔹 Communicate proactively with Dispatch throughout the job

🔹 Handle customer interactions professionally and calmly in the field

🔹 Follow all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety procedures

🔹 Keep your truck clean, maintained, and road-ready

🔹 Report mechanical or safety issues immediately

🎯 WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING

THE MUST-HAVES:

✓ Valid CDL-A

✓ No automatic-transmission restriction

✓ Proven lowbed and heavy/all-in equipment transport experience

✓ 2+ years of commercial driving experience

✓ Active DOT Medical Card

✓ Clean driving record

✓ Strong understanding of DOT requirements and commercial-vehicle safety

✓ Availability for rotating on-call weekends

✓ High school diploma or equivalent

✓ Strong communication and situational awareness

✓ A professional, safety-first attitude

✓ The judgment to recognize a problem before it becomes a bigger one
