About you:
To be successful and thrive as a Senior Lead Product Manager at Access Hospitality, you will need first and foremost to have an entrepreneurial mentality. You have a passion for building great products and technology, superior communication skills, high integrity, and great attention to detail.
You’re a doer, who will adapt and change tactics until you find the winning approach. You feel comfortable getting your hands dirty in the problems of today, yet never losing sight of the long-term direction. You have stamina, resilience, and grit. As a Senior Lead Product Manager at Access, you will work to deliver a world class, rapidly deployable suite of products to disrupt the hospitality market. You will work with the company Leadership, the Sales and Marketing teams along with the Design, Engineering and Support teams to drive market share & growth.

Day-to-day, you will:

• Product Strategy & Roadmap Ownership – Defines and drives the end-to-end product strategy for the Hospitality Operations Suite (Access Maintain & Access Trail), building compelling business cases for senior leadership and managing the full roadmap from concept to launch — ensuring products are strongly differentiated in the market.

• Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration – Works closely with stakeholders across the business to prioritise features and enhancements based on market needs, customer feedback and business goals, while forging transparent working relationships with divisions across the organisation.

• Customer-Centric & Agile Delivery – Champions the voice of the customer in all product decisions, ensuring a market-driven approach, while managing agile release processes that consistently communicate and deliver clear customer value.

• Innovation, AI & Security – Continuously monitors industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation, leverages the latest AI tooling — including Agentic AI — to maximise output and product impact, while ensuring compliance with the company's Information Security Management System (ISO 27001)

Your skills and experiences might also include:

• Strategic Product Management Expertise – Brings significant experience in strategically focused product management and business strategy, with a proven track record of delivering highly successful SaaS products to market and managing high-revenue, multi-product portfolios.

• Exceptional Communication & Organisational Skills – Communicates with confidence and clarity at the highest levels of an organisation, with excellent written and verbal skills, strong organisational ability, and a willingness to attend customer-facing events — both 1:1 and broader — as required.

• Adaptable, Self-Driven & Delivery-Focused – Self-motivated and equally effective working independently or within a team, with the flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances, the ability to work to tight timescales, and a clear understanding of the importance of delivering quality products quickly.

• Market Disruptor with Hospitality Insight – Demonstrates a genuine desire to challenge the status quo and disrupt the market, driven to make a meaningful difference for the team, the business and the client — with a deep understanding of the Hospitality market being a distinct advantage.
