Passione, Esperienza e Visione

• 1/2 anni di esperienza (anche in forma di collaborazioni freelance o progetti personali) nel marketing, nella musica, nei media, nel digitale o in contesti creativi ad alto ritmo.

• Un forte interesse per la musica e per le dinamiche del mercato, con la capacità di guardare al marketing di un artista a 360°: costruire il lancio di un singolo o di un album lavorando sulla sua immagine e posizionamento, sviluppare campagne social e/o digitali e nuove idee creative e trovare nuove modalità per coinvolgere listeners, fan e superfans.

• Curiosità contagiosa e spirito d'iniziativa: se vedi un'opportunità, una nuova tendenza o qualcosa da migliorare, proponi subito la tua idea.

Creatività, Data & Execution

• Vivi le piattaforme social e digitali con naturalezza e ti accorgi prima degli altri dei trend che stanno per muovere la cultura.

• Il giusto equilibrio tra estro creativo e concretezza: sai come trasformare un'idea stimolante in un piano operativo e strategico preciso.

• Buona familiarità con la lettura, elaborazione e interpretazione dei dati di consumo (da Spotify for Artists e Apple Music fino agli insight social) e dimestichezza con strumenti come Excel e PowerPoint/Keynote per presentare le tue analisi in modo chiaro.

Relazioni, Organizzazione & Comunicazione

• Naturale facilità nel comunicare, ascoltare e collaborare con persone e professionalità molto diverse (dai team creativi ai management degli artisti).

• Grande attitudine all'organizzazione e al problem solving: sai gestire più attività contemporaneamente senza perdere di vista i dettagli e la qualità del risultato.

• Ottimo inglese (scritto e parlato), fondamentale per muoverti a tuo agio anche nei confronti con i partner e i network internazionali.

Modalità di Collaborazione & Inquadramento

• Titolarità di Partita IVA attiva (o disponibilità ad aprirla), per gestire in piena autonomia organizzativa il proprio lavoro, definendo tempistiche, priorità e modalità esecutive.

Oggetto della Consulenza & Deliverable Principali

Il/La Consulente selezionato/a opererà in autonomia a supporto dei target di progetto dell'etichetta, fornendo i seguenti servizi specialistici:

• Advisory Strategica & Creative Marketing: supportare la definizione dell’impostazione tattica delle campagne di lancio, fornendo analisi e raccomandazioni operative per il rispetto delle tempistiche di consegna master e materiali promozionali.

• Supporto Tecnico al Coordinamento di Progetto: interfacciarsi in autonomia con i fornitori terzi (es. agenzie creative, uffici stampa, videomaker) e con i management degli artisti per allineare l'esecuzione tattica con gli obiettivi di lancio.

• Business Intelligence e Reporting Operativo: elaborazione autonoma di reportistica periodica, monitoraggio dei KPI di performance (streaming sui DSP come Spotify e Apple Music, vendite e metriche social) e predisposizione di analisi di mercato per la Direzione e il management degli artisti.

• Analisi Costi e Supporto Budgeting: raccolta dati e modellizzazione finanziaria a supporto del tracciamento delle spese di marketing e produzione di ogni progetto discografico.
