Consultant, Marketing Services

Overview
Our Marketing consultants lead the strategy development and implementation of campaigns and engagements for Mastercard clients.
As an consultant at Mastercard Marketing Services, you will participate in client-facing marketing consulting engagements by combining marketing expertise, data analytics, and structured problem-solving to drive measurable business outcomes. You will collaborate directly with clients, and support senior team members to deliver end to end campaigns and deliver high-quality recommendations to clients.

Role
Key Responsibilities
• Participate in client-facing consulting engagements, supporting the development of marketing strategies and recommendations.
• Analyze customer, market, and campaign data to identify insights and opportunities that drive business growth.
• Contribute to the development of customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance, evaluate results, and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness.
• Assist in the creation of client deliverables, presentations, and reports, clearly communicating findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
• Build strong working relationships with clients and support senior team members in addressing client marketing and business challenges.
• Stay up to date with marketing trends, media best practices, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies to bring relevant insights to client engagements.
• Combine marketing expertise, analytics, and consulting methodologies to contribute to measurable client impact.

All About You
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in marketing roles, media agencies, or consulting.
• Experience supporting digital marketing, media planning and execution and performance marketing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into recommendations.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Spanish and English, both written and spoken. Portuguese language skills are considered a plus.
