HIM Tech -- Part-Time

Join the Vancouver Clinic Health Information Management (HIM) team as a HIM Technician! In this role, you’ll help ensure the accuracy, quality, and accessibility of patient records within our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Key responsibilities include scanning and indexing patient documents, performing quality assurance audits, and supporting document imaging workflows. You may also assist with fax processing, scanner maintenance, and other team support tasks as needed. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and committed to maintaining the integrity of healthcare data in a collaborative environment.

Location: Evergreen Administration (13898 NE 28th Street - Vancouver, WA 98682)

Part-time Schedule (24 hours/week): Monday through Friday, with various start and end times

Hiring range is generally between $20.59-$24.68 per hour and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Computer proficiency and 10-key by touch
• Prior experience in Health Information preferred
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work independently and in a team

Pay Range:

$20.19 - $28.27
