- Support business cases, impact assessments and options analysis for IT-enabled change.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and improve business processes.

- Support alignment between IT teams, business sponsors, service owners, functional leaders and delivery partners.
- Help ensure solutions are usable, scalable and appropriate for Operations, Engineering and other business functions.
Project Support
- Support PMO-led initiatives from concept through implementation, working closely with project managers and delivery teams.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews and stakeholder discussions to clarify scope, requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Support test planning, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage and business readiness activities.
- Maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
Stakeholder Management
- Build effective working relationships with business and IT stakeholders across regions and functions.
- Build strong partnerships across Operations, Engineering and other business functions to ensure solutions are aligned to both local and enterprise requirements.
- Communicate analysis outputs clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Work across multiple business functions and regions, adapting priorities and support based on portfolio demand and organisational priorities.
- Support stakeholder engagement, decision-making and prioritisation activities.
- Help manage expectations through clear communication, documentation and follow-through.

- Ensure requirements and documentation comply with IT PMO standards and agreed delivery processes.
- Maintain appropriate documentation, traceability and auditability of requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of business analysis practices, templates and standards.
