As bp transitions to an integrated energy company, we must adapt to a changing world and maintain competitive performance. bp’s customers & products (C&P) business area is setting up a business and technology center (BTC) in Pune, India. This will support the delivery of an enhanced customer experience and drive innovation by building global capabilities at scale, demonstrating technology, and developing deep expertise. The BTC will be a core and connected part of our business, bringing together colleagues who report into their respective part of C&P, working together with other functions across bp. This is an exciting time to join bp and the customers & products BTC.
About the Role
The Customer Excellence Coordinator partners with TravelCenters of America (TA) Franchise and Fleet Sales teams to execute business development initiatives and deliver an excellent customer experience. In this fast-paced, highly collaborative role, you will coordinate cross-functional activities, maintain project documentation, support existing customers, and help enable new account growth. You will work directly with bp teams and external customers to turn sales strategy into action, strengthen operational excellence, and grow the brand across multiple channels.
Key Accountabilities
Project information is accurate, current, and easy for stakeholders to access.
Key approvals, contracts, renewals, and project actions are tracked and followed through to completion.
Stakeholders receive timely, clear updates and know what is needed next;
Serving as the point of contact for project updates - Administrative details are handled reliably so franchise development and fleet sales work can move faster.
Process gaps are surfaced and practical improvements are recommended.
Assisting in evaluating projects and ideas for improvement. - Maintaining records of project timelines, budgets and progress reports.
Providing support in the end-to-end franchise process, managing all franchise contracts.
Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience in project coordination or administration
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Proficieny in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Strong time management skills
Shift Timings
- 3:00 PM to 12:00 Midnight (IST)
