Salary - £12.71ph plus Veolia benefits

Hours - 45 hours per week - Tuesday to Saturday 7am - 5pm with 60 unpaid break

A shift allowance will be paid for weekend work

Overtime as and when required

Location -Herriard, Nr Basingstoke, RG25 2NS

The site handles 100,000 tonnes of green waste and produces 45,000 tonnes of quality

Compost which is nestled in a pretty wooded area.  The facility also bags its products for retail sales.

What will you be doing?

• Ensure materials are separated to meet the required standards 

• Handpick individual materials off the sorting conveyor as directed

• Ensure the work area is kept in a clean and tidy condition during and at the end of the working day

• Undertake cleaning duties of the plant when required

• Provide support with daily routine maintenance of the plant

• To be able to cover for other positions within LBW i.e litter picking duties

• What are we looking for?

• Previous experience in a similar manufacturing or plant operations setting

• Strong understanding of workplace health and safety protocols
