Position Summary
Redaptive is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Sales Support Associate to support a team of enterprise Sales Executives carrying large, complex Energy-as-a-Service opportunities. This role is the connective tissue behind the team's day-to-day execution — prepare Sales Executives for customer meetings, keep pipeline and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system’s data clean and current, and drive internal process work (deal desk submissions, contract routing, follow-up tracking) so Sales Executives can stay focused on the customer relationship.
You'll work directly with the Director of Sales and the full Direct Sales team, plus cross-functional partners in legal, finance, and sales operations. This is a strong fit for someone early in their sales career who wants exposure to enterprise deal cycles and a path toward a quota-carrying role.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Prepare Sales Executives for customer meetings: pull account and stakeholder research, assemble briefing materials, and confirm agendas ahead of key calls.
- Maintain the CRM system across the team's pipeline — accurate stages, close dates, next steps, and program ownership in Salesforce.
- Support deal execution: coordinate deal desk and legal submissions, track approvals, and chase outstanding questions to keep deals moving.
- Log and track action items and follow-ups after customer meetings and help draft follow-up communications for Sales Executive review.
- Assist with pipeline reporting and forecast preparation — deal-by-deal status rollups, stalled-deal flags, and account plan updates for reviews with leadership.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and sales operations on contract routing, credit checks, and other cross-functional deal requirements.
- Support account transition and onboarding work (e.g., ownership handoffs, referral partner coordination) as accounts move between Sales Executives.
- Maintain internal process documentation and playbooks, so the team has a consistent, repeatable way of working.
- Provide general administrative support to the Director of Sales and team as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
