Job Summary
Support SAP MRP implementation, testing, data readiness, and go-live stabilization activities.
Principle Accountabilities
- Master Data Validation & Cleanup
- Validate RM, PM, SFG, and FG master data.
- Review MRP parameters such as lead times, safety stock, procurement type, and lot sizes.
- Identify and track data quality issues.
BOM & Planning Data Verification
- Verify BOM accuracy and approved material substitutions.
- Validate component quantities, UOMs, and planning data.
- Support correction tracking and closure.
MRP Testing Support
- Execute MRP test scenarios.
- Review for planned orders, purchase requisitions, process orders, and purchase orders.
- Document test results, issues, and resolutions.
Reporting & Analysis
- Maintain go-live readiness trackers and action logs.
- Prepare daily status reports and KPI updates.
- Assist with inventory, forecast, and supply-demand analysis.
Post Go-Live Support
- Support cutover activities and data migration validation.
- Monitor MRP exception messages and transaction errors.
- Assist planners, buyers, and production teams during post go-live for data updates.
Documentation & Training
- Develop SOPs, user guides, and quick reference materials.
- Document lessons learned and frequently asked questions.

Requirements
Knowledge & Skills
- Experience with SAP/ERP Implementation support.
- Understanding of ERP systems.
Experience & Education
- Bachelors/Masters in Industrial Engineering/IT
- Experience with SAP/ERP Implementation support.
Physical Requirements/Working Environment
- Desk work in an office requirement
