Office based, full time permanent, 35 hours per week Monday to Friday

The Napthens rural team has a rare opening to support our specialist lawyers who represent the farming and agricultural community.

About You?:

• You are experienced undertaking land registry applications and requisitions, first registrations.
• You can readily draft SDLT, completion statements and bills.
• You are comfortable using a case management system to close files and the telephone to update clients.
• You are a strong legal assistant who can send exchange and completion letters.
• You may be working in or have previously supported residential conveyancing, real estate, commercial property or similar areas of law.
• You have a genuine interest in rural, agriculture and the farming community. This would be a nice bonus for you and us.
