• Educational Qualification: Master Graduate , Engineering Graduate (Any) , Diploma in Engineering (Instrumentation / Electronics) or Bachelor of Science (BSc) with 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience with process industries handling Order Management function or preferably in a similar or related function.
• Order Management Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of the Order Management cycle within process industries. Additional experience in end-to-end Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes is highly desirable.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is highly valued.
• Quality Control Knowledge: Familiarity with Quality Control (QC) tools is considered an advantage.
• Tools know how : Hands on experience in any Work Flow Tool will be added advantage.
