Traineeship Project Description:

Drive digital transformation initiatives within the sourcing and materials management function by leveraging data analytics to optimize sourcing strategies, enhance supply continuity, and identify cost-saving opportunities across the supplier base.

Key Deliverables

• Enhanced sourcing database and analytics capability.
• Increased dual/multi-source coverage for critical materials.
• Improved supplier allocation strategy and supply resilience.
• Verified FAI compliance for new sourcing opportunities.
• Identified and executed material cost-saving initiatives.
