Help students reach their full potential and help shape brighter futures! Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist in Surprise, AZ to help students build confidence, independence, and the skills they need to thrive in the classroom and beyond.
Position Overview
- Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services, supporting students in their educational environment and helping promote participation and independence.
- Develop and implement individualized therapeutic interventions based on students’ functional, sensory, and educational needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, families, and related service providers to support student progress and ensure appropriate accommodations and strategies.
- Maintain appropriate documentation, evaluations, progress monitoring, and communication related to student services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Master's Degree and Sensory Integration Certification preferred
- Active Arizona Occupational Therapist License
- Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Valid Driver’s License
- Strong school-based occupational therapy experience is required
