What You'll Be Doing...

• Building relationships with businesses across the renewable energy sector
• Generating new business through proactive sales activity
• Speaking with senior decision-makers and understanding their hiring requirements
• Sourcing and approaching high-quality candidates
• Interviewing candidates and understanding their career goals
• Matching candidates to the right opportunities
• Managing the recruitment process from vacancy through to placement
• Negotiating fees and salaries
• Building your own client and candidate network
• Working towards individual sales and GP targets
