About our property:

  The iconic Arizona Biltmore is located in the heart of the prestigious Biltmore neighborhood in Phoenix. The resort was named the “Jewel of the Desert” since its opening on February 23, 1929. This gorgeous 39-acre property reopened in May 2021 after undergoing a $150 million restoration. What you will have an opportunity to do:

Banquet Server is responsible for delivering and serving food and/or beverage items in a friendly, courteous and timely manner resulting in guest satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Set/display food and beverages on buffet tables for delivery to function for guests requiring buffet service.

• Push large wheeled tables to and from the function room area.

• Set banquet tables to meet the functions specifications.

• Carry trays up to 50 lbs.

• Serve food, beverage and condiments / accompaniments to banquet and function clientele in a friendly and courteous manner to ensure guest satisfaction.

• Deliver dirty china, silverware and glassware to kitchen stewards area.

• Quietly remove china, silverware and glassware from tables at the end of the meal period.

What are we looking for?

EDUCATION

• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred

EXPERIENCE

• At least two (2) years experience as a Server

• Prior luxury hotel / resort experience, preferred

• Prior experience in banquets, preferred

LICENSES OR CERTIFICATES

• Food Handlers Card – Maricopa County

• TIPS Certification
