What would you do? Role Summary The Capital Markets Operations Senior Associate/Assistant Mananger will be responsible to Lead a functional team responsible for end-to-end delivery of fund administration processes while providing governance, stakeholder management, people leadership, and operational oversight for one of the world s leading Private Markets Investment Firm
What are we looking for? Experience • 7 to 12 years of overall experience, preferably in Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Private Market Investment. Qualifications • MBA/Bachelor of Commerce • Certifications such as NISM, CFA, FRM, CISI, or relevant industry credentials are preferred but not mandatory. Work Requirements • Willingness to work in EMEA shift timings, rotational shifts, and business-critical coverage windows as required. • Willingness to work on Indian holidays or extended hours based on client and market requirements. • Ability to operate in a 100% return-to-office or hybrid model as per project and business policy. • Ability to support client visits, transition activities, governance reviews, audits, and crisis management situations when required.
Roles and Responsibilities: •Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end NAV oversight process. • Lead quarterly valuation and reporting cycles. • Review and approve management fee calculations and LP allocations. • Oversee debt operations, lender reporting, and covenant compliance activities. • Manage investor reporting deliverables and financial statement preparation. • Govern reconciliations and control framework. • Interface with clients, auditors, administrators, and internal stakeholders. • Manage capacity planning and resource allocation. • Drive operational improvements and automation initiatives. • Coach and develop analysts and senior analysts. • Manage risk events, escalations, and service delivery KPIs. Domain Skill/Knowledge NAV & Valuation Leadership • Review and approve NAV packages, Review valuation models, Review fair value methodologies, Coordinate valuation committees, Audit and governance oversight Fund Administration • Oversight of capital calls and distributions, Waterfall allocation reviews, Co-investment accounting reviews, Investor reporting oversight Debt & Treasury Management • Credit facility management, Covenant compliance oversight, Lender reporting review, Debt restructuring support Financial Reporting • Review GAAP/IFRS financial statements, Review investment schedules, Review ASC 820 / IFRS 13 disclosures, Prepare leadership reporting Risk & Controls • Operational risk management • Escalation management • Controls execution • Exception management Leadership Skills • Team supervision • Client interaction • Work allocation • SLA and KPI management • Training and coachingAny Graduation
