No sales experience? That’s absolutely fine. If you’ve got the drive, we’ll invest in the rest. Already experienced? We’ll give you the platform, support, and rewards to level up even further. As part of your training, you’ll spend 6 weeks in our Bournemouth Head Office, in a programme designed to take you from beginner to sales professional. What You'll Be Doing
You'll take ownership of the entire customer journey, from their first enquiry through to helping them secure the right protection for their loved ones. By taking the time to understand what's important to each customer, you'll help the customer find the most suitable policy and insurer, guide them through the process with confidence and care, and deliver an experience that leaves them feeling reassured, valued, and happy to leave the five-star reviews we're known for.
