I. Position Summary
Responsible for supporting commercial operations for Japan. Develop and be accountable for strategies to achieve sales budget targets for key distributors; identify and implement necessary changes to achieve goals. Identify gaps between planned targets and actual performance of key distributors; communicate with the Sales Director and Marketing department to develop and execute solutions.
Develop and implement training programs for distributor representatives and distributor Medical Science Liaisons (MS). Analyze market information and share it within the department to support the development of sales strategies. Develop and execute sales promotion programs for high-influence GPOs (Group Purchasing Organizations). Visit key customers and KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) to build partnerships, provide information, and gather industry intelligence.
II. Key Responsibilities

- Participate in the formulation of divisional business strategies.
- Plan distributor budgets and sales strategies based on divisional business strategies.
- Regularly visit key customers and KOLs to build relationships and obtain the latest customer and competitive information.
- Promote constructive relationships with high-influence GPOs in Japan.
Basic Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities
- Set goals for the assigned department together with the Sales Director, identify necessary support, and take accountability for assigned goals through monitoring and follow-up.
- Evaluate based on coaching skills and techniques, product and clinical application knowledge, competitive knowledge, and other specific expertise required to achieve targets, in accordance with internal company standards.
- Manage and evaluate performance utilizing SFDC (Salesforce).
Supporting Sales Activities
- Support the sales strategies for prioritized distributors developed by the assigned sales representative.
- Build business relationships with distributor representatives to obtain effective support for achieving company goals.
- Constantly monitor sales increases and decreases of key distributors within the team, identify causes, and share with team members.
- Create and implement distributor sales promotion programs.
- Regularly visit key customers and KOLs to build relationships and obtain the latest customer and competitive information.

- Attend compliance training.

III. Required Experience and Qualification
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a healthcare-related company; management experience preferred.
