As a Backend Developer at Logicc, you'll play an active role in shaping the future of AI applications. Working in our agile team, you'll see the direct impact of your work on our users while helping drive one of the most exciting technology fields of our time.

## Tasks
- Develop and enhance internal tools and backend services using **Go, NodeJS or TypeScript**
- Design, maintain, and optimize **PostgreSQL** databases, including schema design, migrations, and performance tuning
- Build and maintain data synchronization processes across multiple systems
- Design and optimize **agent-first development workflows** and **CI/CD pipelines** using GitLab
- Collaborate closely in a cross-functional team
## Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in backend development using **Go, NodeJS or TypeScript**
- An open mindset toward AI-assisted software development and hands-on **experience with coding agents**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English is our working language)
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with TypeScript and Vite or similar frontend frameworks
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Docker-based deployments
