Senior Backend Developer (Go) (m/f/d) - Startup - Hybrid/Remote

As a Senior Backend Developer at Logicc, you'll play an active role in shaping the future of AI applications. Working in our agile team, you'll see the direct impact of your work on our users while helping drive one of the most exciting technology fields of our time.

## Tasks

• Own architectural decisions and drive the technical evolution of our backend stack
• Lead complex database and integration projects, including **data modeling and migration** strategies
• Design and build secure, scalable, and resilient **microservices and APIs**
• Define the technical approach for new features in close collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Review code, mentor engineers, and **provide technical guidance** across the teamDefine the technical approach for new features in close collaboration with internal stakeholders

## Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience developing backend systems with **Go**
• Strong understanding of software architecture, API design, distributed systems, and data modeling
• An open mindset toward AI-assisted software development and hands-on experience with coding agents
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (English is our working language)
• A high degree of ownership and the ability to navigate ambiguous requirements and solve complex technical challenges

**Nice to Have**

• Experience mentoring engineers and **providing technical leadership** (people management experience is a plus)
• Experience with **CI/CD pipelines** and **Docker-based deployments**
