Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Underwriter specializing in Energy and Natural Resources to join a dynamic and collaborative team. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $100,000 - $200,000 (commensurate with experience and current salary)

Responsibilities
- Underwrite and manage a portfolio of energy-related accounts, including upstream, midstream, and downstream risks
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients to drive business growth
- Evaluate and analyze complex risks to provide tailored underwriting solutions
- Collaborate with the underwriting team and back-office staff to ensure efficient and accurate processing of submissions
- Contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives to expand the agency's presence in the energy sector
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience: Proven underwriting experience in the energy sector, with a focus on upstream, midstream, and downstream risks
- Technical Expertise: Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess complex risks
- Soft Skills: Calm demeanor, sociable, collaborative, and a strong cultural fit with the team
- Education: Relevant professional designations and licenses preferred
- Technology: Proficiency in underwriting software and tools
- Travel: Minimal travel required
