Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, patient-centered preventive and therapeutic dental hygiene care
- Conduct thorough oral screenings, review medical histories, and take high-quality digital radiographs
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and customized home-care regimens
- Maintain accurate, detailed patient records in compliance with practice standards
- Collaborate closely with dentists and team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a stellar patient experience
Qualifications & Skills
- Active and valid Texas Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license (or processing in progress)
- Laser certification and Nitrous Oxide monitoring credentials preferred (but not required)
- Knowledge of Eaglesoft software preferred (but not required)
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred (but not required)
- Strong clinical competencies with an emphasis on patient comfort, empathy, and education
- A positive, collaborative mindset and excellent interpersonal communication skills
