Ensure effective day-to-day operational activity in Business Development
Collaborate with related department in BINUS University for various Business Development program and services
Coordinate effective cooperation and collaboration to support activities in Business Development
Review and explore market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels (in coordination with New Venture Scout Team (NVS))
Create development and business plans, forecasting revenue / sales targets, and growth projections of potential new businesses
Develop financial projections, investment proposal, and reports for Board of Management (BoM) and other investors (if needed)
Maintain and build positive relationships with existing and potential key partners and clients
Design presentation materials and participate in meetings with internal and external key partners
Explore and find fundings to develop new businesses, either from BINUS or external investors
Identify business opportunities and assess candidate companies based on potential impact
Set-up team arrangement or build the team for the approved new businesses
Work on implementation of the approved new business, ensuring quality execution and timely delivery
Deal with a variety of ad hoc issues related to Business Development
Management Support Activities:
Provide Report to direct Supervisor
Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
Perform activities related to Quality Management System
Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor
Education Requirement:
Minimum Bachelor Degree
Work Exposure/ Experience:
Minimum 2 years in Senior Staff level position, or
Minimum 4 years of working experience
Experience working in Business development and/or in startups, or
Experience or proven ability in developing product and/or marketing strategies
Special Skills/ Certification:
Project Management Fundamentals
Product Development and Management
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
