ABOUT US
At IITTALA, Moomin Arabia & Nordic Brands, we blend our rich design heritage with modern experimentation, crafting everyday objects that transform ordinary moments into something extraordinary. We celebrate generations of design, art, and culture, brought to life by designers, craftspeople, and rich storytelling.
OUR ROLE
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager for a 12-month fixed contract, to drive profitable eCommerce growth across all markets for our assigned brands. This is a role where you can make an immediate impact, stepping confidently into an established structure and owning our mid-lower funnel performance marketing strategy and paid media investment governance from day one, ensuring brand demand converts into qualified traffic, optimized performance, and measurable commercial impact.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Acting as the strategic lead and commercial counterpart to our external media agency, you will ensure paid media investments translate into structured, performance-driven traffic acquisition that supports growth, conversion efficiency, and customer acquisition. Working closely with the Senior E-commerce Manager, you will safeguard premium brand positioning while driving performance, agency governance, budget control, and cross-market consistency.
Define and own the global mid- and lower-funnel traffic strategy, governing the performance marketing budget across brands and ensuring disciplined allocation, ROI optimization, and clear linkage to eCommerce revenue targets
Translate brand ambition and commercial targets into structured media and content briefs, owning the relationship with and governance of the external media agency, with clear accountability and continuous optimization.
Drive qualified traffic growth across paid search, paid social, display, and feed-based marketing, validating, challenging, and optimizing agency forecasts, plans, and performance assumptions
Lead structured test-and-learn initiatives and collaborate with the eCommerce specialist & CRM manager to ensure traffic acquisition supports conversion optimization and commercial priorities
Establish clear governance including KPIs, reporting standards, and decision frameworks across all markets, ensuring transparent performance measurement and attribution across paid channels
Translate performance data into actionable insights, identifying opportunities to improve traffic quality, conversion performance, and customer acquisition efficiency, while safeguarding premium brand expression across channels
WHO YOU ARE
You are commercially sharp with strong performance ownership, structured, analytical, and detail-oriented in everything you do. You are someone who can quickly get up to speed, take ownership, and deliver results in a dynamic environment. As a strategic thinker with operational discipline, you bring confident stakeholder management and the ability to challenge constructively, comfortable operating across multiple markets and layers of complexity, with a high sense of accountability and quality standards that shows in the precision of your work.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field
5+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, digital media planning, or traffic management
Proven experience driving paid media performance directly linked to eCommerce growth, with strong experience managing external media or digital marketing agencies within a global scope
Deep understanding of digital KPIs and their commercial implications (ROAS, CAC, CVR, LTV, etc.)
Experience managing multi-market media strategies and budgets, with strong project management skills across multiple stakeholders, priorities, and budgets.
Strong analytical capability and ability to convert data into strategic direction and experience within premium, luxury, or design-led brands
Fluent in verbal and written English and Finnish
