Sales Manager

Position Overview: 

Fetch-A-Tech is seeking an experienced and results-driven  HVAC Sales Manager to lead and develop our team of Comfort Advisors. The ideal candidate has a strong background in residential HVAC sales, a passion for coaching and developing high-performing teams, and a proven ability to drive revenue while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role is responsible for recruiting, training, mentoring, and holding the sales team accountable to performance goals while partnering with operations to ensure continued success and growth.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Sales Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage the residential sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives. 
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in HVAC services and products. Review and revise sales plans annually. 
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. 
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. 
• Training and Development: Provide training, coaching, and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their skills and performance. Develop and define programs for field sales team. 
• Sales Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management. 
• Collaboration: Work closely with the General Manager, marketing, field operations and service teams to drive sales and ensure a seamless customer experience. 
• Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards. 

Qualifications: 

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in Residential HVAC Sales, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. 
• 5+ years of experience training and coaching sales teams. 
• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and industry standards. 
• Licenses and Certifications: A current and valid driver's license is required. Relevant HVAC certifications; EPA Universal 608 
• Strong leadership and team management skills. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. 
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. 
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Work Environment:

Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust.
