Your Day-to-Day

To ensure clinic operational compliance, financial integrity, and fraud prevention across all through field audits, data analysis, and SOP implementation. The role balances field visits with dashboard monitoring to proactively identify gaps, new modus operandi, and inefficiencies.

Field Activities
- Jabodetabek Visit Days: 2-3x per week
- Outer City Visit Days: 1x per month outside the 3x/week Jabodetabek schedule
- Audit Visit & Findings: Conduct on-site audits and document findings
- Follow-Up Visit: Ensure corrective actions from previous audits are implemented
- Discovery: Proactive fraud detection and stress-test scenarios to identify new modus operandi

Implementation Focus
- Execute audit visits, document findings, and lead follow-ups
- Conduct fraud discovery through both field visits and dashboard data
