Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Front Desk Reception in Breinigsville, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a logistics and distribution location, you will be the welcoming presence for visitors and employees, manage access, monitor activity, and provide exceptional customer service. You will help support a secure environment through clear communication, attention to detail, and timely reporting of security-related concerns. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and/or vendors at a logistics and distribution location by following site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, verifying identification and access authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate visitor logs.
• Monitor entry points, cameras, alarms, and/or communication systems; report unusual activity and follow established escalation procedures.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate site personnel and emergency responders when needed.
• Support a professional and orderly reception area while directing deliveries, visitors, and contractors according to site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
