Summary:
As a Data Migration Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the entire data migration process from planning through execution. This role requires coordinating multiple teams to ensure that data is transferred accurately and completely to the new system. The individual manages the migration approach, implements necessary controls, and monitors potential risks to guarantee a seamless transition. Throughout the day, the lead facilitates communication among stakeholders, resolves challenges that arise, and ensures that the migration timeline is adhered to, maintaining the integrity and usability of the data in the target environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize data migration processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and facilitating their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Migration.
- Strong knowledge of data migration methodologies and best practices.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
- Ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with data migration activities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable solutions.
- Familiarity with data validation and quality assurance techniques to ensure data integrity.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in SAP Master Data Migration.
- This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
