As a Data Migration Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the comprehensive planning and execution of data migration activities to guarantee that data is accurate, complete, and fully prepared for integration into the target system. This role requires coordinating multiple teams, establishing clear migration strategies and controls, and proactively managing potential risks to facilitate a seamless and dependable transition. The position demands continuous communication and collaboration with various stakeholders to align efforts and ensure project milestones are met efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Oversee the development and implementation of data migration plans, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Facilitate effective communication among cross-functional teams to resolve issues and optimize migration processes.
- Monitor migration progress and quality, implementing corrective actions as necessary to maintain data integrity.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- Strong knowledge of data migration methodologies and best practices within enterprise environments.
- Experience in coordinating complex data migration projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze and mitigate risks associated with data migration activities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and sustainable solutions.
- Effective communication and leadership skills to manage diverse teams and drive project success.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
