Responsibilities
As a Marketing and Events Coordinator - Retail Experience with Hines, you will develop and manage social media content and events. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Create and maintain social media content calendar
Create content and schedule social media posts and weekly newsletter
Monitor social media feedback
Assist with website updates
Create contracts, seek approvals for all assigned events and activations
Create project plans, manage logistics and budgets for all assigned events and activations
Act as main point of contact for reoccurring events
Assist with market research, marketing plans, and presentations
Speak with confidence and write using proper grammar
Ensure adherence to all HILP policies and procedures
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Two or more years of marketing experience required
- Experience sourcing content and building social media strategies
- Experience assisting with marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, Hootsuite, MailChimp and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter)
- Experience with budget creation, management analysis
Must be able to read and comprehend data analytics, newspapers, periodicals, journals, manuals, financial reports and legal documents
Must self-motivated, detail-oriented, energetic, and highly organized
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects are essential
Must be a team player and have outstanding writing, editing, data entry and proofreading skill
Well mannered, cooperative attitude and professional appearance
