Responsibilities
Essential Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of high-impact events.
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, catering, audiovisual setup, and supply ordering.
- Coordinate the distribution and inventory of tradeshow assets, including booth components, signage, and marketing collateral.
- Support the Field Marketing team in tracking and reconciling event-related expenses; ensure timely processing of invoices and adherence to budgets.
- Manage shipping logistics for events and tradeshows, including coordination with warehouse teams and tracking deliveries to ensure timely arrival.
- Maintain and monitor inventory of events and exhibit materials, including printed collateral, giveaways, and booth furnishings; coordinate updates or production of new assets as needed.
- Assist in overall marketing budget management.
- Perform additional marketing and event coordination duties assigned to support departmental goals and timelines.
- Travel to event locations and other conferences/trade shows as needed.
Skills and Abilities

- Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Must have clear and professional communication skills (written and oral)

- Strong organizational and planning abilities.
- Discretion in handling confidential information.
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience supporting field marketing customer or sales-facing events preferred.
- Familiarity with budget tracking and logistical support for events of varying scale.
- Experience working in or supporting a large, matrixed, or global organization is a plus.
