In this role, you will deliver top-tier support for a world-renowned brand specializing in premium home appliances and consumer electronics. You will work directly from our contemporary, downtown Lisbon office.

Core Responsibilities & Everyday Tasks

As a Customer Operations Consultant, your main goal is to transform routine technical questions into outstanding customer encounters by:

• Omnichannel Support: Providing expert help to Dutch-speaking customers across phone, email, and live chat concerning product features, warranty claims, order status, device setup, and commercial purchases.
• Technical Problem-Solving: Methodically troubleshooting issues with smart home gadgets and household appliances, delivering clear guidance, or referring complex matters to specialized technical teams.
• CRM Case Logging: Accurately logging customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in our CRM software to maintain meticulous records.
• Continuous Learning: Participating in paid training sessions to stay up to date on new product launches, software upgrades, and modern service techniques.

Candidate Profile: Requirements & Qualifications

Basic Criteria

• Languages: Complete fluency (C1/C2) in written and spoken Dutch, plus solid working proficiency (B2) in English for internal workplace communication.
• Residence Status: Currently living in Lisbon, or fully prepared and legally eligible to move to Portugal independently.
• Interaction Style: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities combined with patience, empathy, and a solution-oriented approach.
• Tech Savviness: Strong digital skills, including the ability to seamlessly multitask across software platforms and adapt to new tools rapidly.

• Prior background in customer service, contact centers, retail, hospitality, or technical helpdesks.
