We are searching for the best talent for Principal Facilities Maintenance Technician 2nd shift to be in Juarez City.

You will be responsible for:

  • Can contribute in the conceptual bases of design and development of equipment and tools.
  • • Has contact and sometimes supervises highly qualified professionals in disciplines like electronics, electro mechanics, machine-shop, automatization, construction, and fire extinguishing systems.
  • • Solves problems in systems, components and/or electrical, mechanical equipment as well as of installation and hydraulic systems.
  • • Follows the practices and recommendations of ME2 for the optimization of the maintenance resources in function of spare parts, frequency of the preventive and corrective maintenance routines.
  • • Defines spare parts required for the execution of different maintenance work as well as the inventory levels required.
  • • Works with a high level of motivation, even though he/she has little or null documentation, instruction or guidance. He/she can determine methods, procedures and new assignments.
  • • Makes recommendations to the Supervisor/Manager/Engineer regarding the installation and improvement of equipment and tools that have an impact on efficiency, costs, processes and/or productive techniques of the company.
  • • Requires an analytical and interpretative capacity, profound knowledge, as well as a wide and practical understanding and comprehension of aspects regarding installations, maintenance and tests familiar to the discipline
  • Makes sure that the documentation is recorded properly and follows standard operative procedures when these are required.
  • • Writes and/or revises complex technical reports, develops graphics, charts, schemes and drawings in order to describe and illustrate characteristics of the tests, machinery and components.
  • • Has completed environment and safety training, adequate for his discipline. • Responsible for ensuring the compliance, personal and of the company, with the federal, state and local regulations, policies and procedures corresponding to the areas of Health, Safety and Environment.
  • • Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level
  • • Responsible for ensuring subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition
  • • Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Engineering Intern or truncated career in electronics, mechanics, electro-mechanics, maintenance, automatization, or technical career in these specialties
  • Advanced knowledge in the use of hardware and software of design (AutoCad, inventor, SolidWorks, etc.).
  • • Ability to read and understand highly complex technical documentation, associated with the specific discipline.
  • • Advanced knowledge in reading of electro-mechanical manuals, electric diagrams and ANSI or ISO regulations used in the drawings.
  • • Knowledge of the equipment used to maintain the conditions of integrity required by the clean rooms, as well as the support equipment for the proper functioning of the building.
  • • Ability to read, understand, write and communicate in English.
  • • Capacity to successfully complete the departmental / corporate training courses in manufacturing techniques.
  • • Understanding of the federal regulatory requirements (GMP and ISO) in daily activities preferably.
  • • Significant skills for design, in aspects or areas of the discipline
  • Knowledge in HVAC, Filtration, electrical systems installations, BOP.
  • Experience and/or related training, in two or more of the following disciplines: electronics, mechanics, production, electro-mechanics, electronics drawing, use of CAD, automatization, integration and plastic molding. Desirable experience (present or previous) in the medical products industry.
