Description
This M365 Platform Senior Analyst will be engaged in administration and engineering activities focused on SaaS software, with a particular emphasis on Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and automation solutions for the GCC High environment.
Responsibilities will include support for AFS’ Microsoft 365 platform including Office applications, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Power Platform, Purview (Data Loss Prevention – DLP), and Copilot capabilities. This would involve handling of user tickets / incidents. This resource will also be involved in designing and developing solutions for these applications as new use cases arise and new capabilities become available. Task and schedule planning will be a key part of the daily routine, requiring prioritization of deliverables and coordination with stakeholders.
Exposure to DevOps delivery pipeline tools and processes will be highly beneficial, as you will be involved in streamlining deployment workflows and optimizing efficiency. You will collaborate with security, identity, and engineering teams, contributing to larger group initiatives. Success in this position will be supported by your ability to quickly acquire new technical skills, adapt to evolving project requirements, and navigate multiple disciplines.
What you need
- Experience supporting Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and OneDrive, and Teams
- Experience supporting Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Experience supporting Microsoft Purview, specifically Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and sensitivity labels
- Experience supporting Entra, Active Directory
- Experience with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph
- Strong Office experience, particularly with Excel
- Good communication (oral and written) and customer skills
- Work independently and as part of a larger group to achieve team objectives
Bonus if you have
- Experience with JIRA application
- Experience supporting Exchange Server Subscriber Edition
- Experience with Copilot and Copilot Studio
- Experience working in and supporting a GCC High environment
- Contribute to process improvements and best practices across multiple technical domains
- Ability to Collaborate with stakeholders (security, identity, and engineering teams) to deliver cross-disciplinary solutions
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools as support requires

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
