For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent qualification, with 10+ years of relevant experience in areas including, but not limited to, IT Risk Management, IT Audit and/or IT Security
- Strong knowledge of IT Risk Management with practical exposure, including risk identification, assessment and reporting under a structured IT Risk Group framework
- Knowledge of Information Systems in the Banking industry, Cyber Security and Fraud, and Data Governance and Protection
- Experience with operational incident risk management (RCSA, Historical Incident, Control Plans, IT Risk profiles, Risk ID frameworks) and IT Key Risk indicator reporting
- Familiarity with the ServiceNow GRC tool and IT System Development Life Cycle process and methodology
- Risk Management certification (e.g., ISO 31000, ISACA CRISC, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal, analytical and data analysis skills, plus Project Management skills
- Fluency in English (C1)
- Availability for hybrid work based in Lisbon, 2/3 days a week (candidates should be based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit).
