About the role 

What You Will Do 

Local IT Support (20%)

• Coordinate with centralized support teams to resolve incidents and service requests.

• Support local application deployment, upgrades, and user onboarding activities.

• Maintain local IT asset inventories and ensure compliance with corporate standards.

Digital Product Security & Risk Management (80%)

Cybersecurity Collaboration

• Partner with Enterprise Cybersecurity and Product Security teams to embed security requirements into digital products and business applications.

• Assist in vulnerability management, remediation tracking, and security control implementation.

• Support security assessments, reviews, and audits of digital products and business applications.

• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and cybersecurity functions.

Risk Assessment & Mitigation

• Work with business owners to identify, assess, and document cybersecurity and operational risks associated with digital products and business applications.

• Monitor remediation actions and ensure timely closure of identified risks.

What You Bring 

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Experience of 5 years in IT support, infrastructure operations, cybersecurity, or risk management.

• Understanding of information security principles and cybersecurity controls.

• Experience working with business stakeholders and technical teams.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

What Makes You Stand Out 

• Experience with digital products, SaaS applications, cloud technologies, or software development environments.

• Familiarity with security frameworks and standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIS2, or CIS Controls.

• Experience with compliance reporting, audit support, or governance activities.
