Responsibilities:

Functional Accountabilities:

• Manage and maintain Workday Supervisory Organizations (Organization Chart) globally, including:

- Creating, modifying, splitting, and assigning superior organizations.

- Maintaining organizational hierarchies and reporting structures.

• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to ensure Workday organizational design aligns with business structures.
• Provide guidance and support on organizational changes, restructures, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Support Workday security role assignments and inheritance within supervisory organizations.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve organizational structure and data-related issues.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and governance of Workday Supervisory Organization management.
