• The minimum gross monthly base salary for this position is from € 2,400. The final offer could be higher to reflect the candidate’s experience, skills, and overall fit for the role. Additionally, this position may also be eligible to receive a discretionary/variable bonus payment. Capco is committed to providing fair and equitable compensation to our people. Our compensation policies are designed to allow our people to progress through our defined salary range over time as they progress in their role.
• This position is a fixed-term maternity cover role, for the duration of the maternity leave.

Role Description

 

• Responsible for HR Shared Services, with a focus on Recruitment & Onboarding and other HR-related topics supporting Capco UK
• Daily communication and close collaboration with HR colleagues, candidates, and new joiners
• Providing administrative recruitment support, including interview scheduling for Capco UK
• Requesting and collecting all supporting documentation required for successful onboarding
• Managing the onboarding process from an administrative perspective
• Maintaining and updating employee data in the HR database
• Contributing to the enhancement and continuous improvement of HR processes
• Supporting ad hoc operational tasks as required

Skills and Expertise

• Hands-on professional experience in HR, particularly in recruitment and onboarding
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with a proven ability to perform effectively in an unpredictable, fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Flexibility regarding working hours
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in English
• Strong ability to work effectively in an international environment, with a focus on providing high-quality service to clients
• Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding data accuracy and quality
• Previous experience working with UK HR, recruitment, or onboarding processes would be beneficial
