Associate Field Service and Technical Advising - M/F

Based 90% of the time on a nuclear construction site, you will be responsible for the installation of the generator and its auxiliaries at the end customer's site.

You will work alongside a team of TFAs specializing in turbine, shaft line, and pump installation, with support from Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Tooling, and Commissioning teams to successfully execute your mission.

The role includes representing Arabelle Solutions in front of the customer.

Taking full ownership of the assigned scope and maintaining a clear vision of the final product delivered to the customer are key success factors in this position.

ROLE

Leadership & Management

• Ensure the implementation of the company culture, effective communication, and compliance with EHS requirements by all parties involved (Arabelle Solutions, subcontractors, and the end customer).
• Act as a driving force in the implementation and management of FME (Foreign Material Exclusion) practices on site.

Planning & Coordination

• Participate in site planning and construction coordination activities.
• Prioritize and optimize critical activities and escalate potential short- and medium-term blockers.

Quality & Safety

• Ensure the final technical compliance of the installation and the successful handover of the generator and its auxiliaries to the commissioning team.
• Ensure that all quality requirements specified in Arabelle Solutions Engineering instructions are fully respected during site activities.
• Review quality documentation to validate installation procedures, assembly programs, and methodologies.
• Ensure that the site quality plan and quality records are continuously maintained and kept up to date.
• Proactively identify, track, and drive the resolution of technical issues.
• Manage non-conformities from their identification through to the implementation of technical modifications on site.
• Implement and promote best practices shared within the TFA NNB Construction team.
• Compile the installation dossier and verify its completeness.

Digitalization

• Leverage digital tools (NEX, ERP systems, collaborative platforms) to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency.

External Relations

• Maintain transparent communication with customers, partners, subcontractors, site stakeholders, and engineering teams.

Lessons Learned & Knowledge Sharing

• Contribute to lessons learned and knowledge-sharing activities within the organization and with Engineering and Methods teams.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven industrial experience with rotating equipment.
• Strong technical knowledge of nuclear turbine-generator units (W100, LP69/75) or equivalent heavy rotating machinery.
• Solid understanding of generator installation, alignment, and interface management.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and people management capabilities.
• Strong planning, organization, and team coordination skills.
• Ability to respond effectively and creatively to unexpected challenges.
• Proven conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills.
